Locals are known to catch a show at the Art Deco Granada Theater and walk to dinner at restaurants that serve everything from loaded cheese fries and grass-fed juicy burgers, to Philly cheesesteaks and gluten-free goodies. There is no shortage of variety on Lower Greenville.

The new urban living and retail center will be bordered by 635 on the south, Spring Valley Road on the north, the Dallas North Tollway to the west and Preston Road to the east. The $4-billion renovation provides an urban atmosphere within the heart of the population of North Dallas. This area is changing fast! Even though the biggest development is yet to come, Midtown already offers lots of upscale apartments for rent and is convenient to SMU—it’s about a 15-minute drive to campus.
